Shaker Gardens Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation offers a level of care for persons who no longer need hospital treatment, but are not quite ready to return to an independent setting.

• We offer 24-hour on-site nursing care focusing on orthopedic, cardiac, and neurological rehabilitation (including stroke rehabilitation)
• Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy
• IV Therapy
• Wound Care
• Transitional Care
• Social Programming
• Outpatient Therapy
• We accept admissions 24 hours a day - 7 days a week
• Shaker Gardens Social Work and Discharge Planning Department will facilitate your transition back into your own home.
